What is rhetoric situation
Rhetoric situation is base of rhetoric technique us to create a functional rhetoric. To persuade it's audience to a opinion that the writer/speaker want.
It requires 3 elements:
Speaker
Audience
Language/
The purpose of the rhetoric

Bitzer
Bitzer is an American rhetoritician his opinion of rhetoric is
that there is one constant truth which rhetoric should be
Based on.

Vatz's
Vatz’s stated that “ The facts or events communicated to us are choices, by our sources of information.” So he believed that situation that happen surrounds us are made out of our own choices whether to believe that situation exist or not

Our opinion
For both of us we think that Bitz is correct since even if a person didn't experience it doesn't mean that it didn't happen.

Bitzer believer his opinion of rhetoric is
that there is one constant truth which rhetoric should be
Based on.

Or more exactly, that there is truth out there.
