Comparisons
Lloyd F. Bitzer
Bitzer's theory stated that exigence is what's praised by the audience as a response, and everything he has stated has already become an existing answer
Richard E. Vatz
Vatz's theory opposes Bitzer's thoughts, he stated that the response of the exigence does not occur much but rather become a thoughtful comment from the audience
Who is right and why?
Based on the two perspectives, the rightful thoughts depends on Richard E. Vatz, due to his claim with real rhetoric and evidences, we can see that every situation that has happened in a rhetoric way comes to a conclusion where some thoughts are just there to exist
Article Example (https://theconversation.com/child-anxiety-and-parenting-in-the-trump-era-75979)
This article started with one child as an evidence to show the audience what makes this rhetorical news to be reasonable, to make people care about the situation that is going on as shown by the rhetorical passage. What the writer is doing here is that he wanted the audience to relate to the article and how the object of the passage are "suffering". This here is an example of how a Rhetorical passage is done
