Audience: Beliefs, values, & needs  - Writing

Mission: You have been hired to writing a short article for Atlantis Mystery Blog.  Choose a topic that would appeal to the sort of audience you have analyzed in the previous task; i.e. ancient aliens, ghosts, yeti, Shambala, Illuminati secret government, etc.

1. Write a brief article on the topic you've chosen.  Include a title, introduction, and conclusion.  The article should be persuasive, and offer clear convincing arguments that will appeal to the target audience of the Atlantis blog.  Carefully organize your thesis, claims, arguments, evidence, and justifications.  Be sure to consider the beliefs, needs, and values of your audience in your writing.  Max. 250 words.

2. Draft a brief statement on the character of the audience of your article, and how you've crafted your article to suit this particular audience. ~100 words.  Include both of these two pieces of writing in a single document with your name, class, title, and subheadings and otherwise neatly and clearly formatted.  Link your document into the phpBB.
