Looks okay; you've used relatively well known forms of poetry which will make it easier to connect with what you've done here and hopefully remember.  As yet there is no graphic organizer, so add that in.  You might like to homogenize the font and color of the text throughout the document so it looks professional, as apposed to copy pasted together; it might not hurt as far as understanding the document goes to give some sort of explanation at the top about what the document contains, and numbering the poem types might give it more of an air of organizedness too? Are you sure "The Raven" is an epic poem...?
